At the Liza Maribel Foundation, our main Mission and Vision is to provide support to those underrepresented communities. Throughout the years we have positively impacted hundreds of families and children across Oakland, Alameda, Concord, and some other areas of SF Bay Area.
We are constantly seeking support from our community of proud donors, and corporate partnerships, who believe in our philanthropic mission to serve single-parent families and youth in need, with the resources they need to obtain and receive a better education.
The Liza Maribel Foundation has been able to provide food and essential items to over 600 families in Oakland and SF Bay Area.
We continue to thrive at providing youth with all tools needed to further their education and succeed in life.
Since 2020, a total of 15 computer laptops have been provided to teens that live in scarcity and needed to attend school remotely due to the pandemic crisis.
More than 500 children received backpacks with all necessary school supplies, and clothes for a successful school year.
Through our Adopt a Family Holiday tradition we have put a smile on more than 500 children across the Bay Area by providing Holiday’s Boxes to families with food for the dinner celebrations, as well as a toy for each child in the family.
The Liza Maribel Foundation understands the needs of educational programs for the homeless; because of that, we partnered with Community Education Partnership to continually provide the academic support those children need.
Their mission is to increase the learning opportunities and enhance the academic achievement of homeless and highly mobile youth.
One of our main efforts is to support the youth, especially those that have experienced abuse and have been neglected, The Liza Maribel Foundation is committed to providing support to Court Appointed Special Advocates of Alameda County through our partnership by providing necessary funds when available.
The Liza Maribel Foundation main focus is the well-being of children and that’s why we took it to the next level by creating a strong partnership with New Day For Children. New Day works to restore the stolen childhoods of young American girls, ages 10-18, recovered from the despair of child sex trafficking. They assist in providing loving family environments, safe housing, school, medical and mental health care, horse therapy and more. Working with law enforcement, other faith based community organizations and families, New Day comes alongside parents and guardians to make it possible for these young victims to receive the support they need.
